Welcome to Elementi, a gourmet restaurant in Mezzocorona, province of Trento.
We are professionals of good cuisine dedicated to creating refined and tasty dishes, with a special attention to sustainability and local products.
Our chef, Giovanni D’Alitta, praises a 20-year history in the culinary industry, with experiences in some of the most prestigious restaurants in Italy, including the Bio Hotel and Stube Hermitage in Madonna di Campiglio where he was awarded his first Michelin star in 2019.
Giovanni’s knowledge, learnt during his work and pleasure trips around Europe, United States, Thailand, Japan, and India, are the foundation on which our cuisine is based.
We offer international specialties with local products in an elegant setting. Our restaurant is surrounded by the green vineyards of Mezzocorona, in the Piana Rotaliana, between the mountains of Trentino.
Our objective is to offer a refined and accessible cuisine in a sober and welcoming atmosphere.
The service is in the care of Giulia Martini, head waitress, Gianluca Bertoldi, sommelier, and Lorella Bussetti, administrative director. Together with Giovanni, they are dedicated to creating a unique experience for each guest.
